Pros

decent benefits, nice co-workers, business casual attire with jeans allowed every day, opportunities to learn different states and computer programs, experienced team leaders

Cons

Pay not great considering the level of responsibility, technology is a work in progress, health insurance doesn't start until 60 days from date of hire, making it necessary to purchase coverage elsewhere for the first two months of employment.

Pros

Very little. The Christmas bonus is nice.

Cons

The two female managers upstairs near the big wooden doors. They spend most of the day gossiping about other managers, the Call Center director, the Senior Manager, and CSR's on their own team. It wouldn't be so bad if we couldn't hear them, but they do that right on the floor at their desks and expect those of us who sit near them to not say anything. It is very much like high school, and not professional at all. I have been in the workforce for over 25 years and i have never seen such childish behavior.

Pros

This is a good company to grow your knowledge and gain experience; coworkers are like family and the work always gets done regardless of timelines; there is a sense of pride and can do attitude. Work-life balance is fair.

Cons

There is a serious lack of training and orientation for new associates who will find themselves struggling to feel at ease with assigned tasks. Growth opportunities are non existent for people who have served for years given the budget and the lack of management involvement in career development for current employees. Recognition and promotions are based on personal connections rather than achievements and quality of work.
