      Co-Workers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Inconsistent work loads. Low pay. Company goals are all over the place. The only consistent thing is that the rules will change on how to handle files.

      Pros

      Casual dress every day, so that helps to save you money on dry cleaning at least.

      Cons

      No training at all, and absolutely no communication among employees, departments, or units. Pay is horrible, and their expectations of the adjuster is ridiculous. Obviously, the ones setting the bar haven't worked in an adjuster position in a long, long time.
