      Pros

      Good benefits package. Friendly people. Easy to transfer to different branches or states. The bonuses are really good. Salary is okay.

      Cons

      The raises are laughable, especially when compared to other companies. Lots of work and little respect. Upper management has their own little clique. If you're not part of that group, forget about being treated fairly. The lack of knowledge amongst some supervisors is astonishing. Forget about promoting unless you're "in" with the clique. Promote people they like, not necessarily skill level.

      Pros

      Mercury has a great benefit package and there are some great friends to be found amongst the little people.

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen, too much favoritism, trying to promote is damn near impossible. Management takes their problems out on you.
