Overwhelming amount of work, toxic work environments with managers and supervisors, reports being ran on you without any knowledge. Managers performance punishing their top employees when numbers are not being met by a team or branch (everything falls on one person like a scapegoat). Non-stop emails are sent out about why everyone is doing bad, and how everyone is responsible for a team or branch failing. The company has very unrealistic goals and expectations depending on what department you are in.
