Great people who care a lot about the company, but none of those people are in HC leadership.

Great people who have been there a long time. They care about the customer and the company.

Cons

The people responsible for taking care of those great people. The biggest hypocrites in the company are those in charge of making sure you don’t break the rules. I loved and hated my time at Mercury.

Working remotely has its benefits for a lot of people. I feel the company uses this as an incentive to under pay vs the competitors in the market. Little micromanagement is nice and the Christmas bonus is a plus.

Cons

Very nigh expectations and demands with a high work volume.
