Fair, employee oriented, always looking out for the best interest of the employee, busy work environment, strict and book, drug testing, high job security, excellent benefits with contribution, profit-sharing, long-term benefits, life insurance

Cons

Incremental vacation and accrued time. Hourly time off is not given in January but must be accrued monthly during the year. Weather related absences are the responsibility of the employee to get paid. If it's snowing, if there's a hurricane, and you don't come into work you don't get paid

Pros

Great benefits, great vacation time available. I've had a great experience working with management and fellow employees. The company promotes within a lot of the time so lots of room for advancement.

Cons

The cons I can think of is that for claims department the work load is high. Company does frown on you using sick time but only if it's gotten to the point where it's excessive (more than 7 days in a year) is considered excessive.

Executives are not held accountable for meeting goals. There is little to no incentive to do more or go the extra mile. If you need a pay check stop by, but don't stay too long.
