Awesome coworkers that made it bearable.

Cons

Worked in the Student Services Support Department, where we were expected to work in a call-center like setting while also serve as advisors, financial aid assistants, and Admissions counselors for little pay. They were not a student-centric organization but rather a money one. They would recruit solely for numbers and not for the better of the college or the prospective students.

Excellent benefits and ability to further own education

Cons

Very clique-y between departments, almost no communication throughout the entire school, and some individuals hired are completely ill qualified even for more basic entry jobs all the way to provost.

Recording Studio Management

The job gave me a lot of experience because of the close relationship I had with the studio manager. Trouble shooting problems in the studio helped me get comfortable and gain extensive knowledge on how to fix, manage, and get the best out of the recording studios. Interacting with students and faculty members helps create strong relationships along the way.

Cons

The salary is not the best. The school only paid me 17 hours a week, even though I worked a lot more than that. The school doesn't pay extra time, and there were sometimes issues with some of the payments. The system is not very organized yet, so you may have some difficulties because of that.
