Pros

The office culture is relaxed and committed to the organization's mission. I was impressed by how the staff managed those below them and promoted opportunities for professional development.

Cons

Challenges included on working on a range of tough issues and not feeling like working in the HQ was close enough for the on-the-ground impact that some people were really looking for.

Pros

A collaborative environment where contributions are appreciated from all levels. The agency recognizes your contributions and appreciates innovate programming. You are given the freedom to grow in your job and expand your contribution to the agency's mission.

Cons

Not much to say. It was a good professional experience and I would certainly work there again.
