I witnessed a manager, on a critical floor, act like their staff was their enemy. It was odd how she has an "out to get you" demeanor and would talk quite poorly about who she worked with. Upper management, in this managers opinion, was worthless. I think someone's ego is big, and they need to get right with Jesus. I only say that because I would overhear this manager speaking about church as if she was their number one customer, though her actions proved otherwise. I work in another state now, and it is so much better. I am glad I don't have to work with that person anymore. After many years seeing the same behavior to go along with the gloomy weather, I was glad for the change in scenes.

Poor management, constant scrutiny and from administration. Don't feel value and they will tell you how replaceable you are.
