Pros

Like everywhere, coworkers are great. Thats it. Literally not being dramatic lol

Cons

The company (HR and ethics departments) can and will retaliate or even fire you if you report management for anything, literally anything. HR is going to be a different person everytime you call. One might be a nice person who cares, the next might be a jerk who barely even wants to talk to you. Also they'll pass the buck of to another department only for said department to send you back to them. Nothing is ever their fault and they are 10000% working for the suits and toxic culture and not you. Benefits are a joke, you have to see someone at the company (sorry "in your network" which is the company as they make that the only affordable option lol) but doctors don't want to see people who work within the company. You get a HSA for doing a stupid program but can never ever EVER get the card to work because they want proof and will turn it off (the blood of a goat, your first born child, mothers maiden name lol) for every single cent you spend. The pay is absolutely the lowest in the area. New people with zero experience can and will be hired at the same pay someone that has been with the company 3+ years is making now. They say every year their going to "adjust" the scale but online give the hardest workers like at most a dollar. The worst? They use they're religion as a crutch but treat their employees like expendable assets (i.e. covid) and management will even tell you "your replaceable", making you question why you bother getting out of bed at all and why your so short staffed if your so replaceable? Lay off entire departments of people and give them a two week notice right before Thanksgiving, I wish that was a joke (oh and we are NOT suppose to talk about that so *shush* lol) Tuition program! Its a trap, you will never be able to transfer to the position you want with your degree, why? Because they want you right where you are and now you signed a contract to be stuck at the company for 18 months but they made a department to help with that, its a whole three people lol Summary - Their a multimillion dollar international (yes they have assets in Europe) "Christian" *eye roll* Healthcare system that uses and abuses it's workers in the most un-jesus like ways possible. How the suits sleep at night is beyond me, I assume on their giant government bail out checks.
