Pros

Loved the hands on care of patients. Providers genuinely care about patients. Established great rapport with patients. Practice grew because of our care, not the support of management.

Cons

Very incompetent management. Staff Was targeted and bullied. Providers had little say in how office was to be run.

Pros

You can find a home there if you look.

Cons

They do not care about you. You can give them your entire self and they will throw you away when convenient. Don’t give them more than the bare minimum. They don’t care. Nurses are a renewable resource to them.

Pros

Great care is an expectation and many nurses and staff members strive for this.

Cons

Loss of family-employer feel since merger. Lots of cuts in supply quality and available staff, requiring you to do a lot more with a lot less. Nurses overworked and underappreciated.
