Pros

Merging with Bon Secours will hopefully increase the management pool for the better.

Cons

IT Management likes to pit employees against each other by circulating rumors and false allegations. The more they profess their piety, the more they lie to get what they want. This is especially true of Ron Cherry. HR is no help either and encourage management to lie. BTW, Mercy Health tries to squelch the truth by forcing people who leave to sign a gag order.
