Pros

Managers are great, however there is very little they can do when it comes to big issues and changes needed.

Cons

Treats employees as if they are expendable, ie covid. Layed people off and refused to help pay them or set up any work from home options. Pay is hilarious low compared to other systems in the area. Higher ups and horribly out of touch. I have worked in the hospital and in clinics, its awful all the way around. Benefits are a joke, you get a benefit card and free money of you do the well program but everytime you use that card they want your first born child and the blood of a goat to prove you needed to use it and it will get turned off all the time, most of us opt out to not even bother. Fmla company is also a joke and HR has no idea what their doing because they have private companies do everything for them (tuition, fmla, benefits....) so of you have a question don't bother they won't know either lol and I just got this lovely letter in the mail stating their taking the hobby lobby way of thinking when it comes to women's health for their workers, meaning they are refusing to cover contraceptives (like they used to, which was 100% no questions asked) citing their religious "obligation". This company is sending me to school, once the contact is up I will be leaving asap and I will be faking and playing nice until then but please do not work here. I love my manager, she's a genuine person and all my managers have been great but they only let them do so much when changes need to be made. Oh and they'll send you to school for practically anything, however you sign a contact to work for them for a year and a half and they refuse to guarantee a position with your degree. They outsourced my future position a year into my program :) the most unchristian Christian organization ever. They fired/layed off hundreds of people in November 2022 but opened a new hospital and urgent cares in the area THEN needed people to work there....
