Need More Union Facilities

Pros

I have worked here for 20 years. My co-workers are the best...Managers are not. The facility I work at has a Union (UAW) for a reason. Without them we would loose more benefits and be paid less money. They helped us find a VOICE!

Cons

We need to organize more hospitals to increase density so that we can do something about staffing issues.

Pros

Not much to add for this category. Sad, but true.

Cons

HR/Management is a joke After 6+ mos, still haven't received signing bonus. Supervisors are LAZY & will lie to CYA Will claim holdovers to keep from paying overtime. More people sitting around on (mostly) feigned injuries. Way too much to list. BEWARE.
