Pros

Opportunity to work, earn a living. Many very nice people bringing their best to the table to do what they care about.

Cons

Lack of opportunity for advancement. My experience was not good. Really not good. Inner office politics, cliques, weak management led to a turbulent tenure, constantly fighting for the right to be accepted as a peer. I left at the first opportunity I had. I'm sorry it couldn't have been a better experience.

Pros

benefits are decent, although the health. plan forces you to get all your services from the hospital - cannot use other facilities without a huge penalty

Cons

some of the management staff are woefully ignorant on how to properly treat employees -- there's a sense of do whatever you need to do to get someone to toe the line
