Pros

Great coworkers and great doctors. I feel that most people working here truly care about the patient. There are always extra hours to pick up, and coworkers will cover for you if needed. Most nurse managers are great too.

Cons

Pay is on the lower side. A lot of "stuff" comes from Toledo who have no idea about the people working in our city (Defiance). What may work in bigger cities and hospitals may not always work in rural areas.

Pros

Benefits, If you are hired in 40 hrs your hrs are secure no being sent home early. They have good food

Cons

Everything is all about seniority; What time you work, what station you work, rather or not you can have overtime. The people thats been there for soo long are very mean and they dont do the job. This is in Nutrition Services ONLY.....You pick up all the slack of the morning crew!!
