      fast paced environment, friendly, collaborative environment, high energy, managers are available for discussion when needed, professional environment, offer very good continuing education opportunities

      Pros

      Love the people I worked with. Liked working with the Physicians and NP's. Nice working three days a week. Befits are reasonable. Yearly cost of living raises!

      Cons

      In urgent care setting you are Required to work the Lab department with X-ray department, even though "Lab" is not what you went to school for. If you make an error in the Lab department you loose your Lab & X-Ray job. You are required to run both X-ray & Lab with you being the only one in both departments.
