Pros

Not much to add for this category. Sad, but true.

Cons

HR/Management is a joke After 6+ mos, still haven't received signing bonus. Supervisors are LAZY & will lie to CYA Will claim holdovers to keep from paying overtime. More people sitting around on (mostly) feigned injuries. Way too much to list. BEWARE.

Pros

Mercy Health offers a wide variety of career opportunities and is a faith based organization.

Cons

Even though Mercy Health is a Catholic organization, first and foremost it is a business. It is obligated to earn money and reduce expenses to stay in business.
