Pros

Very large stable company, lots of growth and opportunities across the system. Pay was fair but not competitive for non nursing positions. Very supportive of employees that wanted to obtain higher exucation.

Cons

They do encourage employees to educate themselves, but opportunities for advancement are few and far between in non nursing positions.

Pros

Good coworkers!!!! Excellent staff but a couple rude nurses.

Cons

I was told.that I would be part time and that my training would be for 3-4 weeks. Well, according to my schedule, my training ended up being 10 weeks and during a shift that I was not available. They don't pay enough to deal with the crap you have to deal with while being a HUC (Health Unit Coordinator).

Pros

Ok benefits, nice offices and colleagues.

Cons

Outdated senior management, very hierarchical. Talented, good people seem to leave this company sooner than later.
