Pros

Decisions are made quickly and the organization can turn on a dime. Mercy is not afraid to take risks and often succeeds because they do. If you succeed in an environment of rapid change then this is the place for you.

Cons

It's a very aggressive organization with considerable demands being placed on employees at the last minute. Often major change is accomplished through reactive measures. Does not value the role of IT significantly enough.

Pros

Great camaraderie with great co-workers. Sadly, what brings everyone together is their mutual hatred of management and how the dispatch center works.

Cons

Terrible management and maintenance of the vehicles.
