Pros

Good benefit package, ie. Insurance, vacation/PTO time, 401k plan, free healthcare. The benefit package now offered to employees don't even halfway compare to the benefits of 2007-2010

Cons

Horrible management. Leaders and managers lie to get their what they want and to advance. Patient care is beyond acceptible. HIPPA laws are constantly breached. Medical information is not secure. Horrible patient care. Constant deaths in ER and different floors due to lack of care, incompetence and irresponsibility. Management is horrid.

Pros

Large hospital, lots of learning opportunities. Most units worked every third weekend as opposed to an every other weekend schedule

Cons

12 hour shifts, which could be seen to many as a pro! Lack of patient care techs, you would often lose your tech to another floor for some reason deemed right by staffing.
