Pros

Good and friendly staff that become friends outside of work.

Cons

ER never had enough staff during night shifts. Expected to do more than possible, low wages. Catty management. Long shifts. Hard to take breaks.

Pros

Insurance was good. But in order to get the best rates you had to go to their doctors and hospitals.

Cons

One of the worst places I have ever worked. The aides are rude and don't do their jobs. If you try and correct the situation the management will turn on you. The patients sit in their own filth for hours (management knows this and does nothing). Lots of infection thought out the facility. If you try and advance to one of the hospitals management blocks the employee.
