Pros

There were always an abundance of employees so work was pretty easy. They treated employees well with great long time benefits and annual raises.

Cons

There seemed to be too many "bosses" . The nutrition department was split into many different areas with no real direction. they really hired about anybody and were bad at getting rid of workers who didn't "fit the bill" so to speak.

Hiring process flawed

Pros

The facilities are well kept

Cons

The hiring process has many flaws. A current employee who is going to receive a referral bonus if the person they referred for a job is hired is able to be on the peer review for the person competing for the same job. So if you give a bad peer review your friend gets hired and you get a bonus! Not very fair
