      Lowest paying for nurses New grad residency requires a 3 yr work commitment and financial penalty if you leave from a company that is the lowest paying for nurses Low PTO accrual Wonky pay schedule (if you work nights the last Saturday of the pay period, everything after midnight goes on the next check) Low raise %

      Speaks about work life balance and employee satisfaction

      Cons

      No accountability for employees. Management says one thing but has different expectations. Talk about transparency but punished if your feedback is negative. Consistently says one thing and does another. culture and values only important in the pitch and little emphasis on implementation

      Pros

      Good people doing good work for a good reason. The faith-based core of the mission is positive and leads to a better environment without being intrusive or compulsory. It is not compromise for political correctness either.

      Cons

      The Senior Managers are clinicians, not business leaders and thus are reacting rather than anticipating market realities. This unfortunately causes confusion about priorities. Too many projects are being undertaken simultaneously and stretching resources too thin too often.
