      Pros

      Great Benefits. Insurance and health complex are impossible to beat. Opportunity to make a lot of money if your willing to put in overtime. Lots of opportunities with the organization to advance your career.

      Cons

      Extremely high turn over. Poor administrators who usually will put more work on the staff with little to know incentives. Profit over patients. Poor nurse to patient ratios. Lousy PTO.

      I honestly can not think of one

      Cons

      No support from management, they act like employees are disposable. Nurse to patient ratio is unsafe, I have felt many times that my license was at risk. No longer a non for profit, they nickel and dime every patient.
