Mercy is a great organization that seems to care about its employees. Management was always supportive and ready to help.
Cons
Payroll process was convoluted and took up to much time. Admin took away the ability to make time card edits and asked that we send all edits to a separate support group. However the support group did not respond in time and payroll would have to be submitted with errors
