Pros

Most supervisors try hard, some management will do everything in their power to help you.

Cons

Do not hold to missions and values as far as employees. Top heavy management. Do not allow supervisors any input regarding treatment of employees. You can see them change from friendly and encouraging to stressed and not so friendly within 3 months of hire. Very reactive management, not proactive. Favoritism is ridiculous.

Pros

None they have no good reason for working for this terrible employer. They suck. They have clean bathrooms because of Hispanic help they take advantage of

Cons

Pay, no appreciation terrible patient to nurse ratio. Worse place I ever worked. Liars. They have the worst pay scale I have seen. I made twice the pay in Houston Texas. You won't make 50000.00 a year and you will be treated terrible. Do not work for these people. You would be better off driving 100 miles one way to a better employer

Pros

They have decent insurance and paid time off. The hospital has good values and built on Catholic beliefs. That's it.

Cons

My specific department has a lot of favoritism for promotions and not being consistent in applying the rules. Training needs help. There is a lot of inner turmoil on my team that management has yet to correct and goes along with. They like to micro-manage everything. You have to walk on egg shells. There is a lot of talking behind backs. My department doesn't follow the hospital values in my opinion.
