Pros

Mercy is well known and well liked, and with so many locations you can work in a small town or big city. Great co-workers, easy to learn and use computer system for documenting.

Cons

I did not experience any cons.

Pros

It's a paycheck. Bathrooms have toilet paper, running water and paper towels. Cafeteria has good food. Water fountains work most of the time.

Cons

Poor management from the executives to the unit managers Contradictory management direction Constantly changing policies and practices Operate on a shoestring budget for patient care but company executives get paid bank!
