      Pros

      They provide comprehensive benefits, although they could be expensive at times. I was able to get braces on the Orthodontic Insurance plan that cost 8 dollars a apy period but covered 2,000 dollars of my braces. They have a lot of connections to the community so I was able to row and go to various events as an employee of the company.

      Cons

      Even in-network health-plans cost over 100 dollars a pay period. Christmas bonus was 25 dollars and it was put into our paychecks so it was heavily taxed. Could at times be very difficult to get time off.
