Instant career advancement. You could probably become lab manager just walking in the door.

Cons

I believe it used to be a good place to work at one time. Part of it has to do with the town itself. The majority is an aging population and the town has a lot of drug and alcohol issues among the young. The whole job and everything that goes with it is difficult yo want to strive for.
