Responsibilities being added to your plate nearly daily, with no update in job description. Inaccurate job description, resulting in lower pay. Unfair wages. Do not feel listened to. Do not feel valued.

Compensation for being a front line worker during pandemic was practically non existent. Wages are not competitive and policies change frequently. Every year there is a lack of funds to provide a decent wage increase. Many other hospitals awarded their line workers with hazard pay. We got pizza
