      Co-workers can feel like family Management is willing to train the right people to fill positions Amazing physicians and mid level providers to work with Physicians are kind and more than willing to educate and help you learn and understand more Name recognition-Highly known and respected company within Iowa Heart Center

      Cons

      Middle and upper management struggle to keep their word, they are stretched thin. MercyOne controls the budget and Iowa Heart staff pay, not your management. Equipment and gear is old and out of date in outreach offices compared to Main Office and Hospitals Pay is suboptimal compared to other metro locations.
