Our management cares They throw food at problems They prioritize unit secretaries??

Corporate doesn’t care even in the slightest Flu and covid vaccines are mandated Management is in their own bubble and don’t realize what the rest of us do on the floor Not good staffing ratios more often then not, but again that’s do to being short staffed
