Pros

Teamwork is highly encouraged in our clinic. I can't speak for the rest of MercyOne. Home/work balance is encouraged in our clinic. The doctors are skilled and kind in our clinic.

Cons

Upper management levels have lost sight of the people. Pay is not competitive. We are losing a lot of staff because of low pay. We are so short staffed, yet all things are expected to be completed.
