Once again, it depends on your floor. Some floors get along really well and make the work enjoyable. I love my patients and I always have hours.

Cons

Underpaid, very underpaid compared to competitors, large patient loads, cattiness between workers.

Consistently understaffed no matter what department you are in Consistently underfunded no matter what department you are in Rarely provide adequate training to new hires Upper management is a complete mess Focused on too many business decisions to adequately provide patient care Lower level staff (CNA, EMT, housekeeping, LPN, etc.) All very underpaid
