      The doctors are good to work with.

      Low pay, management is one sided if they do anything at all, depends on who you are on being disciplined, some people hide to avoid doing work, charge people will not give assignments to certain people because they don’t want to hear them complain.

      Pros

      You can move up from CNA to patient care tech fairly easily as long as you show up and do your job The patient care tech job is a lot better paced and closer to nursing duties I learned in school

      Cons

      Do not get stuck as a CNA because my coworkers who are still in that role (due to too many occurrences to be eligible for a promotion) hate it and feel caught in a cycle Management can pick favorites and be petty sometimes but just come in and do your job and stay away from any gossip or drama and you'll be fine
