Great team, great nursing staff.

Cons

They amend contract whenever they feel like it to suit their needs. Here's a perfect example: On an arbitrary Tuesday, corporate decide to amend mid-levels contracts to take away PTO from 200hrs to 160 because the company was "losing money". They decided to place this into motion in 2 months, so those with PTO just lost it if they couldn't get their requested days off. No payout. Immediate management is good, anything above that is absent, unresponsive, and hides behind their other managers.

Cause you can use the fax machine 1,000 times a day and scan a bazillion pieces of paper every month from your fellow Mercy Associates all over the state! Yeah!!

Cons

Man, this is a hodgepodge of disconnected hospitals!
