Pros

It was a stable company with good benefits. I worked there over 13 years.

Cons

I was unhappy about how I was treated when I was laid off. I was unable to return to my desk to gather my personal belongings. As a result, I lost a fleece jacket, coffee mugs, a glass microwave popcorn maker and personal manuals/books. I was using a laptop computer at home that belonged to the company that they had me put a shipping label on and return by UPS. Also, the day I was laid off they said I would have access to my computer for the whole day but my access was shut off in less than 15 minutes. I was planning on finishing up the documentation of some work that I had been working on for several days.

Pros

If you live in Atlanta, the office is in Atlanta.

Cons

Severely outdated technology stack — questionably outdated by modern standards. Their “new” product has fewer features than the legacy system, frustrating customers and creating unrealistic demands on employees. When customers are unhappy, management takes it out on staff instead of fixing the root problems. Extremely high turnover: many knowledgeable people have been terminated, retired, or left for better opportunities, leaving gaps in expertise. Leadership is poor — managers micromanage and pass down their own stress because they lack direction and stability. No clear deadlines or job security; employees are left feeling anxious about being terminated. The culture shifted drastically after the new CEO took over: what was once a stable, satisfied environment became fearful and disorganized. Overall, the company has gone downhill and offers no real stability or growth opportunities. I would give 0 stars if that was an option, please please do not work here
