Pros

Co workers were enjoyable to work with. HR was accessible.

Cons

Extremely poor management, no clear path for growth for employees, no employee support, and promotions are non existent with no opportunity to discuss or negotiate. No transparency between management and employees.

Pros

Good balance between seasoned industry veterans and new innovative talent. At Meridian, you are surrounded by smart people with great ideas about how to drive the business forward. You are held accountable for your work and can see how what you're doing directly impacts the business. It is a unique environment that bridges both "old school selling" and new "group selling". Great team spirit!

Not a lot of diversity

Pros

The culture of this organization is fantastic fueled by a growth engine. Leadership gets it. The people get it. The average tenure is 14 years. Wow - let the people tell you what it's like to work for a company that respects its employees and provides growth opportunities and fair compensation.

Cons

This place is not for someone that needs to be told what to do and how to do it. Entrepreneurial spirit is rewarded and expected.
