You quickly become familiar with the resources within our community. Good experience with documentation and referral making. Quality relationships with clients. Practice with assessments. Pay is decent when compared to other agencies.

Cons

High caseload. Pay could be more. Leadership feels cliquey at times. Frequent turnaround.

Flexible, work is always available and makes the day go fast, high starting salary.

Cons

Minimal work from home policy, constant expectations to work over 40 hours with minimal bonuses or opportunities to be reimbursed for that work, leadership is not willing to innovate easily, changes in structure for the better are hard to make unless you have the ear of a "C-Level" supervisor.
