Events & Groups: There are countless events the company hosts throughout the year that case managers can attend! In addition, we have specialty groups that case managers can participate in, such as the mental health group where case managers learn and discuss a new diagnosis every week.
Cons
Sometimes case loads can get high when multiple case manager's from a single team leave. However, you receive bonuses for covering cases and often other teams will help cover the cases!
