Pros

Great clients!I absolutely LOVED my clients and most of my coworkers..... I miss my clients and coworkers very much!

Cons

Management keeps bad workers and gets rid of the good ones! They PRETEND they care about you but will drop you like a hot potato if they decide they don't like you anymore. VERY " clicky". I've called the Executive Manager 5 times and haven't received a call back.

Pros

Flexible scheduling: You can begin your day anywhere from 6:30 to 9:30 in the morning and leave anywhere from 2:30 to 5:30 depending on when you arrived! Bonus Incentives: If you work hard or put in extra time, you'll be eligible for countless bonuses, which isn't typical for most salaried positions. Small Teams: You get to work on teams that are 8-12 people; where you'll be able to work with your team to gain an understanding and consult with them when you have any questions. Mileage Reimbursement: You're reimbursed for all the driving that you do. If you don't want to drive you personal vehicle, there is a company vehicle you can check out. Diverse Clients: Regardless of which waiver you're working with, your clients will be diverse and you'll gain a lot of experience. Supervision: Supervision for LSW's is free and supervision for your LGSW is only $20 per month! Paid CEUs: Meridian sends its case managers to several conferences and has guest speakers that will cover all of your CEUs. Not only will the conferences be paid for, but you'll get your regular pay to attend them! Events & Groups: There are countless events the company hosts throughout the year that case managers can attend! In addition, we have specialty groups that case managers can participate in, such as the mental health group where case managers learn and discuss a new diagnosis every week.

Cons

Sometimes case loads can get high when multiple case manager's from a single team leave. However, you receive bonuses for covering cases and often other teams will help cover the cases!
