Pros

The individuals served that you get to work with. That's about it though. There really isn't anything else great about this company.

Cons

The management. No support. They really like to sweep things under the rug. Will through any employee under the bus if needed.

Pros

The company strives to serve all individuals served to the highest of standards. Even through the roughest staffing in the field that the state has ever seen, the company maintains stability and comes up with strategic ways to solve issues. They are receptive to feedback and willing to make changes. Upper management is extremely committed to making it a great place to work. Not to mention the endless support the non-profit entity Headwaters provides to those in need locally and globally.

Cons

The entire field of human services is struggling with staffing.

Pros

Great co workers and work environment in the home I was working in. The clients excel at so many things due to staff pursuing their best interest in the best ways possible. The staff is very driven for their clients and use person centeredness at all times.

Cons

The company does not follow policy and procedure, when it comes to clients and staff. The only time I've really seen policy and procedure followed, is when it comes time to cover for themselves. The tight knit upper admin makes it extremely hard to get anything done or to be heard. Poor communication between managers, program directors and HR. HR is usually stonewalled by admin so nothing usually gets resolved. Even when it's in the consumer and staffs best interest.
