Pros

Good pay, somewhat flexible, clients served were awesome, autonomy, self directed.

Cons

Training was horrid, no direction whatsoever. Completed duties often in a small amount of time and then given no direction for the rest of time spent. There was no communication from higher ups about what to do, and there was no real work to do. Most of the time you end up hanging out with your clients. Over obsessive upper management about minute insignificant details.

Pros

The staff at Meridian are wonderful people to work with

Cons

When the company started in St Cloud Minnesota the owner had a wonderful Outlook for the clients she took care over the years the company has grown it has outgrown its self. The company has lost sense of the clients that they take care of it's all about the money that the clients bring it. The mission statement for this company now needs to be change I loved working for this company in the beginning and after seeing the changes that the company has gone through I no longer believe that the mission statement of this company is true I believe . I was told that everybody as a staff is replaceable after working for the company for quite a few years I now see what they meant by this we are replaceable we will no longer let you take advantage of us you are now losing the best staff that you have had company-wide you are very understaffed you should look at why and figure out the root problem. The clients some are very challenging it's the staff that run the company and make it possible for this company to exist staff do not get the appreciation for the efforts that they put in the staff that go above and beyond are the ones that are quitting.
