higher-ish starting salary for case management established company WFH 2 days - after 6 months of employment dog friendly office

very cliquey. 2% raise yearly VERY high case loads- 65 ish to start, not including all the coverage you will consistently have extremely high turnover rate health insurance is awful advancement within the company is all political - if you are not friendly with management you will not advance. does not matter about skills.

Poor and often unresponsive management teams, commonly sets employees up to fail, pushes the limits of job responsibilities and often asking subordinates to do jobs assigned to management. Incredibly poor communication on a daily basis. Takes advantage of all salary employees, often making them work additional hours with little to no compensation, 24/7 on call hours, and their system ensures it is impossible to maintain a healthy work/life balance. 0/10 do not take any sort of management or salary position.
