Pros

- good health insurance - beautiful office - "easy" atmosphere - fun events

Cons

- resources and talent is not utilized because management believes they know everything better and thus override decision made by SME - no real opportunities for growth, only when threaten to leave they will start listening - every problem is "growing pains" and not taken seriously - Management needs to start sticking to the core values. Values have to be demonstrated top-down and integrity being the most important one.

Please rest assured that we earnestly value each employee and spend much time and money to help them develop, grow and be successful. We rigorously recruit for the best and the brightest, and empower our employees to do what they think is right to drive business success. Employees’ knowledge and experience are two of the fundamental drivers of our value of innovation as we relentlessly pursue excellence. We believe in and exemplify our values in how we approach and conduct our work. Please talk to any manager, including our president, if you see examples to the contrary so that we can immediately address the situation. Thank you for your input!

Pros

- Health insurance is good - Work-life balance is what you make it - Once a month waffles and company lunch

Cons

- Poor communication from upper management - Must be in a position for 2 years before you can move to another team - even for support. No real career paths with meaningful advancement - Does not feel like we are all on the same team - Doesn't feel like they truly care about employees - Benefits are slipping - People are leaving for better opportunities/environments/pay/benefits

While no company is a perfect fit for everyone, the overwhelming majority of ML employees are happy, as exemplified by our retention rate of 92%. MeridianLink’s 19-year track record of keeping its family members from “leaving for better opportunities/environments/pay/benefits” speaks for itself. This is further evidenced by our highly competitive benefits/compensation packages coupled with firm commitments to increase budgetary investments aimed directly at employees. That being said, we are disheartened when any team member finds themselves in a position where they are not receiving the most out of their career journey with MeridianLink. We encourage such a person to speak with any manager, HR manager, or our president for advice and/or help developing a personal action plan. We fully recognize and embrace the fact that MeridianLink’s number one market positions are a direct result of partnering with a committed group of people that consistently pursue excellence, therefore there is no greater priority than that of our family members.
