Two weeks PTO. No matching 401k. No Work from home capability. Lower-end salaries, one small raise with 3 years of work. No attempt at employee retention, let a lot of great talent leave.
Absolutely no communication or guidance from anyone higher than your immediate supervisor. This is something I just could absolutely not understand and had me very puzzled. This always made the company feel so divided. Inter-department communication was often much more difficult than it needed to be, at expense to both the customer and employee's time.
There was no growth, learning opportunities, or any clear line of progression. It was promised, but seemed limited to only a select few people. The follow-through was not there.
The work always seems to be about finding the quickest solution instead of implementing a more extensive and future-proof system. For example its much more of a "throw more bodies at it" company. And anyone that tried to make REAL pushes against the normal were actually met with more promises or even a negative response. This was the point I realized this company would not change anytime soon, which is very unfortunate, I was so sad to come to this realization because most of the people here are so great. The focus was on quantity, not quality. Make sure you meet your metrics!!
I acknowledge it is a growing company so it is possible things will or have changed.
