Great original owner. Great pay and benefits. Engaging CEO.

Cons

Recently hired senior executives have brough along a toxic culture to the company. It is not longer about longevity and family, it is about the stock price and the private equity owner. Too many layoffs within the last two years. Most of those that were let go were long-time employees. Many employees had been there 10-20 years who were let go. The company culture and leadership have drastically decreased over the last 5 years. It is all lip-service now.

Job demands and work-life balance are reasonable Training is great and questions are readily answered by other staff members (I have a highly technical job with almost no experience in the field prior to employment - this might differ by department though) Benefits package is great Starting pay is fair and hard (but smart) work is rewarded consistently and fairly Upper management seems to truly care, not only about the products, but also their employees and provides us with advancement and development opportunities

Cons

Clients can be demanding, but this is hardly the company’s fault Sometimes communicating with developers regarding client needs is difficult

Pros

I appreciated that I was assigned an excellent mentor that helped me get up to speed and an amazing manager that was a joy to work with. It was a remote position so I had a lot of flexibility of where I worked from. I learned a lot about setting up loan origination systems and how to get them implemented for clients.

Cons

I left a very stable job seeking career growth in my new position with Meridianlink. Unfortunately one year later there were significant layoffs and I as well as many new teammates and senior high performers were let go. Product and process documentation for important tasks were often incomplete or outdated.
