Great Flight Benefits, Health and Dental.

Cons

You have to dedicate your life to this job and give up everything in order to make an okay amount of money. I fly and get paid 80-100 hours month, but put in about 200 hours of labor per month. I'm still broke and don't make a decent amount. Don't come to this company unless you want to be just another number.

99.999% of the people that you'll have the privilege to work along side of at Mesa are second to none. You're not gonna find a group of co-workers that are more willing to go out of their way to help each other out, or have a good time than those at Mesa. It's a great start and jump into the aviation industry, you really learn what this industry is about. You get flight benefits on 2 legacy carriers, plus jumpseat benefits on numerous airlines.

Cons

The pay is horrendous, training is an absolute joke, management is the biggest group of unprofessional hypocrites I've ever seen.

The only reason why I am giving it 2 stars and not 1 star is because employees become like family, and they really take care of one another. That’s the only good thing about Mesa. I worked for Mesa for 3 years and the only thing that saved it was the crew members.

Cons

Here is a list - *LOW LOW pay (it’s embarrassing) *High Turn Over because nobody stays *CEO is a creep, a crook and incredibly cheap *Hotels are disgusting (because...you guessed it - they are cheap and get the cheapest deals
