Pros

you will get hired if you pass drug test and tell them about any criminal record... yes you can have one

Cons

everything! pay sucks, harassing calls day and night, they underpay you and cheat your paycheck. it then takes weeks to get it corrected medical is terrible, nothing is covered not even regular dr. appt.

Pass travel is good to have, no buddy passes though

Cons

Management is a joke, they along with the CEO could carelesa about their employees. Mesa is the lowest paid regional airline and the employee moral is very low.
