Many parents are not engaged in their child's education Hard to advance to district level positions if you are not from the area or if you have not been with the district for many years.

I love the people I work with. I love the students that I teach. I also love seeing the light bulbs go off when a child finally catches on to a skill that has been difficult for him/her.
